Stop Being Angry

Ninety-nine percent of people easily get angry.  Nonetheless, many camouflage their anger with a smile or simply by walking away. However, the fact remains that one is still angry. When you are angry, you should have something to distract you form the guilt and soothe your hurts and frustrations.

When one feels anger, the human qualities of kindness, graciousness, magnanimity and reasonableness easily go out of the window. Anger brings condemnation from your conscience and if you have a conflict in your conscience will bring pain and you will have a great need for comfort. Keep in mind that anger is the result of judgment and resentment. Although it is true that your co-worker or spouse is imperfect and irritating, if you have love then you will not resent them. The human person has patience.

To stop being angry, you should learn how to determine the wrong and error without being resentful.  You need not like the injustice or like the other person but do not resent. It would be a good idea to voice out your feelings. Direct your anger to the deed than to the person committing it. It is a different thing to be angry with a person and to be angry with what he or she has done.
