This crime occurs when unscrupulous persons get enough information about you in order to impersonate you online, through mail, phone or in person. These people will get your social insurance number, driver’s license number, credit card number and more.

With so many frauds today, it is necessary to be wary and to be aware of your dealings so that you will not fall victim to these scams. You should protect your hard-earned money by becoming aware of the methods that many scammers use.
