How to stop being Angry

 People could allow anger to consume their every thought and other times it happens even if one does not want it to. Being angry is negative emotion and mostly it is difficult to control one’s feelings. To stop being angry, try to spend an alone time and sort your feelings. Let yourself feel the anger that has to be felt. Get in touch with your feelings to get over them.

Express yourself in various ways. You could write down your feelings to help you deal with it better. Find another outlet such as running, painting and other physical activities that could help you express the rage stored inside you. After you have expressed your anger, then let it go. Do not play the events that have caused your anger again and again. You could develop numbness to the events but this does not always mean that you are achieving a happier state of mind.  Let it go and see how things turn out.

It is also important to trust in yourself and do not deny your feelings. If you have felt the anger then there is a reason for it. When you have accepted yourself, you could achieve the happiness you have wanted to achieve.
